Methods
We prefer to work closely with you as a strategic partner to fully understand your business, its goals and the issues you face. For this reason we recommend a four step approach to the development of your training
• Research - We spend time with you, your managers and your people to understand the culture, ethos and language of your business
• Design - We specifically design all our training and materials to meet your needs in a way that your people and business understands
• Delivery - We aim to inspire rather than impress and allow individual talents to flourish. We listen and learn as well as inform and we firmly believe that having fun is part of the process without devaluing either the content or structure of the programme
• Follow-up - We believe that a couple of days training will not bring about long term behavioural change but it does form the bedrock for follow up and managing through. We design methods and support structures to help you capitalise on the motivation generated in the training by providing managers with the tools/tool kits to support and practically apply the principles introduced. |
