We listen and learn as well as inform and we firmly believe that having fun is part of the process without devaluing either the content or structure of the programme • Follow-up - We believe that a couple of days training will not bring about long term behavioural change but it does form the bedrock for follow up and managing through. We design methods and support structures to help you capitalise on the motivation generated in the training by providing managers with the tools/tool kits to support and practically apply the principles introduced. |
